Rental Requirements:
- Renter must present their Valid Driver's License for ID (equivalent ID will be considered) when picking up Rental Equipment and signing Rental Contract .
- Security Deposit:
- Renter must present their Credit Card when picking up a Rental that will accept an Authorization for the approximate replacement value of rented equipment. We only accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Check or debit cards are NOT recommended for this purpose.
- Cash deposit in lieu of credit card authorization will be accepted..
- Checks are NOT accepted for a Security Deposits.
- Rental Fees : All prices listed are per day (Daily Rate). Weekend, weekly and long term rates are available when pre-arranged and pre-paid. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Overtime: Renters will be charged at the Daily Rate on equipment that is retuned late. When Rentals are returned damaged and/or incomplete, Renter will be charged the Daily Rate until Canoga Camera is reimbursed in-full for all missing and/or damaged items listed on the Contract.
- Reservations and Cancellations: Reservations are accepted when the fee is prepaid (this can be done over the phone). Reservations that are not canceled within 24 hours prior to scheduled pick up will result in a full-day rental charge.
Rental Rates:
- Rates listed are Daily Rates.
- Pick-up BEFORE 4 p.m. and return within 24 hours for 1 day rental charge.
- Pick-up AFTER 4 p.m. and Rental begins next day. Return must be made before 12 Noon next (due) day. (e.g. Pick-up Monday after 4 p.m., return Wednesday by 12 Noon.
Weekend Rental: Pick-Up Rental after 4 p.m. on Friday and Return Rental the following Monday before 12 Noon. and pay for 1 Day Rental.
- Weekly Rates: Keep the Rental for 7 consecutive for 3x the Daily Rate. Additional days are charged at 1/3 the Daily Rate. These rates must be pre-arranged and pre-paid.
- OVERTIME is charged at the full Daily Rate for each day (ending at Noon) that the Rental is returned late, damaged and/or incomplete.
Rental Rates, Requirements and other terms are subject to change. The Rental Contract signed by the Renter will state the terms that affect that Rental and will have priority over other terms stated on this website or elsewhere.
